Vangi Bath Recipe without Brinjal
My parents came to our house at noon on the occasion of my daughter’s 3rd birthday. The party in the evening went well and was nice. We planned to do dosa for breakfast the day after tomorrow, but my parents planned to go and to stay in my aunt’s house which is nearby our house. So, we cancelled the dosa.
My mother-in-law was searching in the kitchen for something else, but she caught one jar that contained some powder. She said it is vangi bath powder, and she had prepared that powder a month before, since it is old it lost its smell and flavour, so she said let’s do this vangi bath for breakfast tomorrow and finish this powder instead of soaking for dosa.
Actually I didn’t check the powder at that time. That morning I prepared breakfast until I had to add the powder. The next step is to add vangi bath powder. I opened that jar and about to add the powder I smelled something wrong and checked that powder.
Oh my gosh! It is chicken kabab powder😧.I informed my MIL and co-sister about this, and they were also shocked. Now what to do with that half prepared breakfast.
My MIL planned to make instant vangi bath powder, and it’s prepared within 3 minutes. Since the powder is freshly prepared, the flavour is too good. The vangi bath came really very well.
What if I added that kabab powder without cross-checking? It's going to be kabab bath rice on that day.ðŸ¤ðŸ˜…
Guys just try this less quantity of fresh and quickly preparing vangi bath powder at home. It is going to get prepared within the time that the rice is going to get whistles.
Wait a minute! I didn’t notice one more tragedy, i.e., there are no red chillies in the home to make powder. So, we used red chili powder instead. That’s cool right????
First I’ll inform you about the powder and then I’ll give you the recipe that is also without brinjal. Yes, my husband doesn't like brinjal to eat, it is almost banned in our home. So, instead of brinjal we use capsicum and methi spinach to make a vangi bath.

- If you want more saucy you have to add more oil or you can add half a glass of water at the end, because the ground powder grabs the oil when added to the mixture.
