Simple and Quick Side Dish for Rice
It’s evening already and you are in no mood to cook sambar, chapati, or any dal. Have to try a new recipe with not much risk, and have conditions that have to be quick and simple with unique taste.
Actually this is a tradition food , I mean breakfast in my mother-in-law's home town. They prepare this recipe especially when there is no vegetable available in the home, and no mood to go out to bring vegetable and prepare food.

Ingredients
1.Onion - 2 ( Medium size- for grinding)
2 .Garlic - 8-10 cloves
3 .Jeera - ½ tbsp
4 .Grated Coconut - ½ cup
5 .Tamarind - 4 pulp
6 .Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
7 .Salt - 1 tbsp or as per taste.
8 .Coriander - 1 handful
9 .Oil - 2 tbsp
10 .Mustard Seeds - ½ tbsp
11.Onion - 5 finely chopped
Steps to Prepare the Recipe
1 .In a jar of mixer, ½ cup of grated coconut.
2 .Add 2 medium sized onions to it.
3 .Add 8 -10 cloves of garlic to it.
4 .Add ½ tbsp of jeera.
5 .Add 4 pulp of tamarind.
6 .Add 2 tbsp of red chilli powder.
7 .Add 1 tbsp of salt.
8 .Add little water
9 .Grind into fine paste.
10 .Add 1 handful of washed coriander
11 .Grind into coarse.
12 .Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil.
13 .Add 1 tbsp of mustard seeds, make them splitter.
14 . Add 5 finely chopped onions.
15. Fry them until they get brownish, but don’t burn them.
16. Now switch off the stove.
17. Add grounded masala into the pan.
18. Add 1 small cup of water.
19. Give a good mix.
20. Serve with hot rice and enjoy! This unique recipe.
