Egg Curry in a Easy Way
There are plenty of options to do with eggs. Sometimes, it also leads to a lot of confusion. Are you bored of eating dhaba-style egg gravy and egg masala and want to try something new with rice or chapati? Try this new, easy method of making egg curry.

Ingredients
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Onions - 2 medium-sized
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Red Chili Powder - 2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon Stick - 1 inch
- Cloves - 2
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - 1 handful
- Salt - as per taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Number of Eggs - 2 or more or As per your choice
Steps to Follow
- In a jar of mixer, add 1 cup of grated coconut.
- Add 2 medium-sized sliced onions.
3.Add 1 inch of ginger.
4.Add 2 tbsp of red chilli powder.
5.Add 2 tbsp of coriander powder.
6.Add 1 inch of cinnamon stick.
7.Add 2 cloves to the mixture.
8.Add ½ tbsp of turmeric powder
9.Add a handful of washed coriander leaves.
10.Add a little water to the jar.
11.Grind the mixture into a fine paste.
12.Heat a pan or a vessel, add 1 tbsp of oil.
13.Add the grounded mixture to the vessel.
14.Add 2 glasses of water to the vessel.
15.Add 1 tbsp of salt or as per your taste.
16.Give good mix and the curry must in this consistency.
17.Let the curry mixture boil once.
18.Make the stove simmer, crack the number of eggs you need and add to the curry mixture (After adding eggs don't mix the mixture)
19.Close the vessel with any lid and let the eggs and curry cook thoroughly.
20.Serve hot desi-style egg curry with hot rice.
Special Info
*You can use any kind of cooking oil at your convenience.
- Increase the quantity of ingredients if you want to serve more people.
- More spicy can be made by adding more red chilli powder.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, then add it to the curry mixture. Because sometimes eggs are expired or damaged.
- If you want you can add boiled eggs instead of egg dropping.
