Egg Bhurji Without Ginger and Garlic Paste
It's sunday today, my family members as usual started to discuss what to eat today to make special sunday. Two of them voted for chicken, two of them are against chicken. Kids are demanding for eggs, and rest of them are neutral and ready to eat anything. Finally, decided not to bring chicken just prepare any side dish from the eggs.
So, we decided to cook some veg curry along with the egg bhurji. I'll tell you why we chose this type of egg bhurji because it doesn't need much time to prepare, no masala powder is required, no ginger garlic paste is needed.
