    Special Info

    * Chose always a hen(female) over cock(male). because hen is more tastier than cock.

    • If you want more spice you can add more chilli powder.
    • To serve more people, increase the quantity of the ingredients.
    • You have 2 options of cooking, one is you can cook in a pressure cooker and another one is open cooking in a vessel.
    • I have chosen to cook in a pressure cooker, because it is quite a faster option.
    • Number of whistles depend on the type of chicken that you chose. Because the lighter chicken cooks fast and the heavier one takes more whistles. So you should check the boiled condition of the meat after whistles.

How to check that the meat is cooked well?

Take a piece of the chicken which contains bone, using your thumb just push the meat. If it is smoothly separates from the bone then, it is cooked well. If it is not, you have to cook for some more time.
