Ingredients


  1. Broiler Chicken - 1 kg


  2. Onions - 2 (medium sized)


  3. Oil - 1 tbsp


  4. Garlic Cloves - 10-15


  5. Ginger - 1.5 Inch


  6. Green Chili - 10-15


  7. Cinnamon - 1-2 Big slice


  8. Cloves - 4


  9. Jeera - ½ tbsp


  10. Fennel Seeds - ½ tbsp


  11. Pepper - ½ tbsp


  12. Turmeric Powder - ½ tbsp


  13. Coriander - 1 handful


  14. Pudina - 1 handful


  15. Methi - 1 handful finely chopped


  16. Curry leaves - 6-8 leaves


  17. Lemon - Half Slice


  18. Salt - As per taste


    Steps to make Methi Chicken Fry


  19. In a jar add 2 medium sized sliced onions



  20. Add 10-15 cloves of garlic to the jar.



  21. Add 1 ½ inch of ginger .



  22. Add 10-15 green chilli to the same jar.



  23. Add 1.5 inch of Cinnamon to the mixture.



  24. Add 4 cloves to the jar.



  25. Add ½ tbsp of jeera to it.



  26. Add ½ tbsp of Fennel seeds to it.



  27. Add ½ tbsp of pepper to the jar.



  28. Add ½ tbsp of turmeric to the jar.



  29. Add 1 handful of coriander.



  30. Add 1 handful of pudina to it.



  31. Add little water and make it a fine paste.



  32. Heat a kadai, add 1 tbsp of oil.



  33. Take 1 kg of sliced and washed broiler chicken.



  34. Now, add the chicken to the kadai.



  35. Add 1 tsp of salt to it.



  36. Give a good mix .



  37. Let the water get out from the meat.



  38. Add one handful of finely chopped methi to it.



  39. Let methi mix and cook well.



  40. Now add grounded mixture to it and mix it thoroughly.



  41. Close the lid and cook the meat for 15 minutes.



  42. Now add curry leaves to it.



  43. Switch off the stove and add half lemon to it.



  44. Enjoy the new juicy and delicious methi chicken fry.



    Special Info


    • If you want more spice, you can add more green chilli or pepper.
    • If you want gravy, you can add grated coconut for grinding, you will get good gravy.
    • You have to increase the ingredients to increase the quantity of the recipe.
